The scope of this contract is preparation of the all necessary designs, meaning:

Developing conceptual design and obtaining the planning and utility/infrastructure conditions for the design from the relevant authorities, developing preliminary design for the approval by the final user (CCK) and contracting authority, developing design for obtaining the building permit for works with positive technical control report issued by technical control appointed by contract authority, developing detailed design of works with detail design for fire protection and developing tender dossier for works (production of technical specifications, BoQs and drawings) for the construction and reconstruction of Clinical Centre Kragujevac.

Description of the procurement:

Design for the construction and reconstruction of Clinical Centre Kragujevac (CCK) includes the following:

— the new hospital building with the capacity of minimum 230 beds in wards, 46 beds in intensive and semi-intensive care, 14 beds in day hospital, surgical blocks with 8 operating theatres, diagnostics and accident and emergency unit;

— the new technical services buildings (power station, medical gases, medical waste and mechanical installations sub-station);

— the reconstruction of the existing three floors technical block, total gross building area for reconstruction of 7 150 m2;

— the reconstruction and extension of Emergency Centre, (three floors), total gross building area for reconstruction 6 400 m2;

— internal traffic communication and parking areas with landscaping;

— demolition of existing buildings 1 280 m2 (three old ground floor buildings).
