GTC Serbia has started today the construction of its fourth building in Serbia, in block 41, in Novi Beograd.
The business complex will have three office buildings on 27.000 m2, it was said at the construction site opening in Novi Beograd, in Block 41, at the corner of Bulevar Milutina Milankovica St. and Bulevar umetnosti. It will be built in three stages.
The first stage, expected to end in mid-2015, will enable 10.000 square meters more of office space, 60% of which has already been rented after the construction started.
The major of Belgrade, Sinisa Mali and the President of the Managing Board at GTC, Tomas Kuzcmann, laid a cornerstone for the facility which should open in a year.
Mali said this is the first business complex bigger than 5.000 square meters which has been built in Serbia for the past five years. He estimated it is very important for Belgrade and Serbia since it shows that investors want to come to our country.
Kurzmann thanked to all partners and renters as well as the City of Belgrade for the support in the project implementation, outlining that the construction of the business facility will answer large demand of renters.
As he said, the works will be carried out in line with the highest technical standards as well as with green standards so that renters would be offered office space in line with the needs of modern business.
