Everything is ready for construction of residential and business complex near Tasmajdan park

(Illustration) In the center of Belgrade, until January 16, another residential and business complex should emerge. The facility will be located at former Industry of roller bearings in Knez Danilo Street, Novosti report today.

As the daily reports, the location was fenced with the table installed so it is obvious that the construction will start soon. The investor, Direct Capital S, did not want to provide information on the project. Still, they did announce the official campaign will start in three to five weeks.

As it was announced in 2009 , the exclusive business complex will occupy 90.000 m2 and with estimated value of EUR 100 mil.

The complex will contain four buildings with 300 flats and each building will have three lifts and a spa center. Apart from that, this residential area will comprise sports facilities, a gym, shops as well as a special health institution and a non-stop security will be hired for the future residents.
