The construction of the Hilton Montenegro hotel has made significant progress and according to the latest information, the luxurious facility opening is expected in a year. The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development which funds the works is satisfied with the dynamics so they approved the first line of EUR 3 mil to Normal Company, Montenegrin media reports.
At the same time, Normal Company, continues the construction of the Stari aerodrom complex (the Old Airport complex) in Podgorica as well and the company is announcing new projects for the fall.

Pete proleterske in Podgorica, is nearing an end.
- The construction of the facility on 10.000 square meters will end in a month and
a half – Normal Company says for eKapija, adding that the majority of flats has
already been sold and that the interested buyers should hurry up.
Business premises are in the facility ground floor and the flats (some 130 of them), on six floors. Flats occupy 29 to 87 m.

- In Blok 9, majority of real estate
was sold and only 10% is available - Normal Company says for our portal.
In February this year, the company started the construction of Blok 10 at the
location Stari aerodrome, across Blok 9. It is an identical facility with the same
number of floors and square meters and some 50 % of flats is free in this
building.
The square meter prices are the same – EUR 50 EUR, VAT included.
Flats with a view over the sea
Our collocutors in Normal Company announced that as soon as the summer ends, they are starting new projects. In September, the company is starting the construction of a couple of residential buildings in Tivat
- These are six smaller residential facilities. The entire complex occupies 7.000 square meters and there will be 125 flats. They will be luxuriously equipped and very convenient for life for the nearness of the sea and mild sea climate.

EBRD provides a total of EUR 20 mil for the Hilton hotel
As Pobjeda reported a few days ago, EBRD is satisfied with the dynamics and the
quality of the construction of the Hilton Podgorica Montenegro hotel so they
approved the first loan installment of
EUR 3 mil.
- Soon, we are plnnig to provide EUR 20 mil of loan – Giuliano Moreno, the head
of EBRD in Montenegro said.
The new hotel will keep its old look but in a modern version. The old city inn
will get new shine and stone pillars are just being rehabilitated.
- We started returning to the terrace its famous, old, recognizable look as we
were announcing – the owner of Normal Company, Zarko Buric said.
Hilton Pogorica Montenegro will have some 200 rooms, conference halls, an indoor swimming pool, wellness center...
