In Tadeuša Košćuška Street, company "HYPO ALPE-ADRIA" prepares construction of apartment complex "Park Kalemegdan", which will spread from Pedagogy Museum to Cara Dušana Street.
The building of 7,000 square meters of overground square meters and another 3,000 underground square meters will have total of 34 apartments. Those with the view of Kalemegdan will have between 150 and 310 square meters. Every square meter in this luxurious building will cost 4,000 EUR, without value added tax.
- The idea is that three underground levels be built. The first one will be SPA level, with swimming pool, sauna, jakuzzi, massage room and gym – says Jelena Ivetić from company "HYPO ALPE-ADRIA".
According to her words, the construction of wine cellar and small tavern, where the wines will be tasted, is in the pipeline. For the access to cellar spa and other contents, the tenants will have to pay 2 EUR per square meter of apartment every month.
If everything goes as planned, the apartments will be finished in 2008.
