Russian investor starts condotel construction in Tivat

Russian citizen Oleg Khuklij from Sankt Petersburg has kicked off the construction of condotel next to the city beach in Tivat. This facility will be built on a land lot of about 655 square meters, Radio Tivat reports.


Earthworks commenced early April based on a building permit issued 31 March 2014 by the Montenegrin Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism.

The investor, Oleg Khukli from Russia, is represented by Ivan Pekovic from Tivat and Tomislav Nikolic from Zagreb. The hotel will be situated between Palma Hotel and Lungo Mare restaurant on the Kapetana Iva Vizina promenade. It will have a cellar, ground floor and two above-ground floors). This facility will have a gross building surface of 1,320.87 square meters, whereas the gross surface of above-ground floors of the hotel is 903.17 square meters. The hotel is designed by architect Gordana Raicevic.
