GTC starts building fourth business complex in New Belgrade - CBS International named exclusive agent for Fortyone complex

GTC, one of the leading investors in Serbia this year commences the construction of its fourth office complex in Belgrade. After a successful cooperation with CBS International, CBRE’s Serbian Affliate, first on the project GTC Square and then on all other office buildings from the portfolio, the investor has again chosen this leading real estate consultancy for its exclusive leasing agency.

GTC for more than three decades enjoys the trust of its clients. With that regard, some of the biggest international and domestic tenant companies, as well as the embassies and high diplomatic mission have chosen GTC House, 19 Avenue, and GTC Square for their corporate seats. Almost 80% of GTC Square was leased during the exclusive agency instruction of CBS International, whereas for the past two years only CBS International realized over 8,000 sq m of office lease acquisitions in GTC’s office property portfolio.
