Costruzione is finishing the construction of the first phase of residential complex in Zvezdara. First tenants are expected to move into their apartments in May 2014, and the investor announces the construction of two more buildings.
The first building has 17 apartments ranging in size from 36 to 140 square meters. As the investor told us, installation of parquet flooring and room doors is underway, while the entrance to the building will be worked on during the weekend.
- We are about to finish all the works in the Matica complex. Facade is already done, and so are the stairs. Paving works are completed as well. The next thing to do is to build parking places and arrange greenery as the plan is to have 200-300 plants around the building - Darko Niketic, the director of Costruzione, says to our web portal.
Our interlocutor points out that apartments face two sides.
- The building has an elevator and multilayer walls with thermal insulation that meets the latest energy efficiency criteria for buildings. This will help tenants save money through reduced use of air conditioning systems and heat – Niketic explains.
As he says, all apartments will be fit out with multilayer parquet flooring, Italian ceramics, and floor heating in bathrooms.
The complex is situated in a peaceful part of the city, surrounded by rich greenery, in Matice Srpske Street.
- Among other things, tenants will enjoy the view of the city and the Zvezdarska forest from their spacious balcony.
Darko Niketic points out that tenants should feel safe as the complex will be fenced off and have a ramp with a guard.
The main contractor is Arilje-based Tim Gradnja.
Apartments in this complex are priced at EUR 1,500 per square meter.
Two more buildings
The second phase will see the construction of two more buildings with 17 apartments each. As the director of the Costruzione company announced, these works will commence by the end of this month and should be completed by the end of 2015.
