Banks to lower interest rates on housing loans in 2014

A good news for all those who don't have their own apartment is that they can expect interest rates on housing loans to drop in 2014, the daily Dnevnik reports.

As it was announced recently, there will be no more loans subsidized by the state, which will definitely affect commercial offer.
