Zrenjanin will get another industrial zone that will be located in the village of Klek, where prospective investors will be able to buy land and build business facilities on an area of six hectares.
Formation of this zone is made possible by the Decision on the Preparation of Detailed Zoning Plan for the Business Complex Construction in Klek, which was adopted by the aldermen of Zrenjanin on Friday.
There are already two industrial zones in Zrenjanin: Bagljas - at the exit of the town in the direction of Novi Sad, and Jugoistok-Ecka - at the exit of the town in the direction of Belgrade.
Deputy Mayor Cedomir Janjic said that there were potential investors who intended to have some facilities built in Klek or some other inhabited area, but they were unable to invest because of the absence of legal conditions.
