Colliers International Serbia secures office space for 6 companies in Belgrade

Colliers International has said in a release that it continues to successfully provides services on the commercial real estate market, adding that it has secured a work space for six companies in the Serbian capital in the previous period.

Colliers Serbia Office Agency Department has secured a 370m2 office space in New Belgrade for Meridian Balkans, a domestic company which has been a partner of Colliers since 2005. Meridian Balkans decided to relocate from old Belgrade to a modern office facility in CBD Belgrade.

Colliers International has secured a 207m2 office space for Manpower d.o.o. Their new offices will be situated in Block 26 in New Belgrade. The office space is situated in a high class B property owned by “Glenmark Properties”.

The company has also secured a 147m2 office space for Yufos d.o.o. in the Hyundai office building in New Belgrade as well as a 150m2 office space for Russian Railways in the L.B.H. office building in Knez Mihajlova street in Belgrade.

At the beginning of this year Häfele GmbH & Co KG contacted Colliers International Belgrade to provide real estate services for their needs in the Belgrade area. Häfele is one of the leaders in manufacturing and supplying hinges, drawer systems, architectural hardware, and other related fittings for the joinery, furniture, interior fitting, and hardware supply industries.

The first property is located at Novi Sad highway that will be operative from October this year. The whole deal includes 350 sq meters of offices and 1,200 sq meters of warehouses. The second property is a retail unit on the ground floor of GTC Square office building.

Retail team has managed to lease 130 sq meters of retail in downtown Belgrade for the leading betting business in Serbia – Mozzartbet. Mozzartbet is expanding their business in Serbia.
