(future look of the complex in Branka Bajica Street)
Construction season is gaining impetus all over Serbia, and good news from building sites are coming from all parts of the country. One more construction site will soon be opened in Novi Sad. Namely, the Tehnogradnja company is going to commence the construction of a 23,000 square meter residential and business complex on the site of former Centroslavija in May.
A total of 150 apartments, 92 business suites and 7-8 outlets will be built at 9 Branka Bajica Street, Tehnogradnja's engineer Miroslav Ivanovic explains to eKapija.
- The complex will comprise four buildings (each with four floors), and feature four entrances. Buildings No. 1, 2 and 3 will mainly include housing space as well as several outlets on the ground floor, whereas the building No. 4 will serve business purposes only - says our interlocutor.
- Buildings No. 1 and 2 will be built first. There will be approximately 40 to 50 apartments per entrance.

Future tenants will be able to choose between studio, two-room, three-room and four-room apartments as well as specially designed penthouses.
There will be only few studio apartments of about 25 square meters, all of which will be situated in the building No. 3. These apartments will feature a living room, bathroom and a balcony.
Tehnogradnja's complex will comprise a large number of two-room apartments in all three buildings spanning about 36 square meters and featuring a living room, room for children/bedroom, bathroom and a balcony. Three-room apartments consisting of a living room, room for children, bedroom, bathroom and a balcony will be fewer in number with their surface expected to be somewhat less than 60 square meters.
Four-room apartments will be situated on the second, third and fourth floors in all three buildings, and will span about 80 square meters.

It has not been revealed yet how penthouses will look like, but our interlocutor says they will be very interesting and unusual.
The fourth building will comprise nothing but business suites, and Tehnogradnja announces that more details about them will be unveiled soon. Also, there will be few outlets on the ground floor of each building.
- These outlets will range in size between 150 and 300 square meters, and there will also be one outlet of over 900 square meters – says our interlocutor.
The building No. 4 will also feature a yard - a space for children to play and people to rest. Housing space will be priced at EUR 990 (inclusive of VAT) per square meter, whereas the price of office space will be announced soon.
The plan is to complete this complex in 19 months, so that first tenants could move into their apartments early 2015. The complex is situated in the vicinity of the Novi Sad Fair, about 2 kilometers away from the city center.
