Construction of Marriott Hotel in Belgrade to start in late January 2013

PSP Farman will start the construction of Marriott Hotel in downtown Belgrade in late January and continue to build the West 65 complex in New Belgrade soon, PSP Farman President Branislav Grujic announced.

He told Tanjug news agency that about 200 people would be working on the reconstruction of the former building of Jugodrvo, located next to the National Theater, where Marriott Hotel will be situated.

- The value of this investment, inclusive of the value of the land, exceeds EUR 20 million - said Grujic.

Grujic announced that the construction of the West 65 complex would be resumed in 2013.

As he noted, PSP Farman also has plans to enter some new markets, which is why it currently negotiates with Kuwait.

Grujic added that the company would participate in the implementation of 7-8 new projects in Russia as well.
