Savills, global real estate consulting company, to enter Serbian market

Savills, one of the world's leading real estate service providers, is going to enter the market of Serbia. Savills will offer its services to clients in Serbia through its partner company Coreside, which is made of a team of the most experienced experts for financial transaction services in the real estate industry, the company said in a statement.

Vladimir Vuckovic, associate director for transactions and investments at Belgrade-based office, says that the arrival of Savills in Serbia represents a positive signal for the investment climate in the region.

The international network of Savills comprises over 200 offices and associates across the USA, Great Britain, Europe, Asia, Africa and the Near East, offering a broad spectrum of specialized advisory, management and transaction services to clients all around the world. The company Savills is listed on the London Stock Exchange with an annual revenue of over USD 1 billion.
