Innovative concept of residential and business space - ​​Pluto Capital to finish construction of LiveIN Dorcol complex in Belgrade center in December 2011

Created with the idea to provide a home comfort for people at work and make it possible for those whose business is headquartered outside the capital city to host their business partners on a visit to Belgrade, the suite-business complex LiveIN Dorcol, situated in the urban city core in Skenderbegova street, will be placed at the disposal of first tenants in December 2011. As the investor Pluto Capital announces, the first apartment that potential buyers will be able to see will be finished in about ten days.

- What makes LiveIN Dorcol different from the rest of the offer of residential and business space in the center of Belgrade is its innovative concept. There are both apartments and offices within the complex, comprising a total of 45 units, 8 of which are offices and 36 are business suites. Due to specific features of this project, all units are treated as business units - offices and business units - suites. The complex was earlier a bachelor hotel and it is now in the phase of reconstruction. So far, 60 percent of the works have been completed – Ivan Simic of Danos, the sales representative for this complex, says for eKapija.

Simic stresses that they already have 9 units booked and that the interest of buyers is huge because of a good location and a favorable price in the market.

- The price per square meter of a business unit - suite ranges between 1,960 and 2,200 euros, depending on the structure of the apartment, while the price of business units - offices range from 1,800 to 2,200 euros per square meter - says our interlocutor.

Works on the reconstruction of the complex are entrusted to Vranje-based Credo, the company engaged in production, planning, engineering and trade.

- When it comes to equipment - the materials used in this project are of exceptional quality and in accordance with all valid regulations and standards for specific types of works. Aside from being visually attractive, the facade will also be energy efficient thanks to good insulation (venting facade with substructure). High-quality windows and balcony doors with double-thermal glasses and aluminum blinds will also contribute to the overall cost-efficiency. All interior elements are chosen very carefully - natural wooden floors, wall finishing with the use of environment-friendly paints, bathrooms furnished with designer elements of renowned manufacturers from Italy, etc. – Simic explains.

LiveIN Dorcol, one of the examples of the Belgrade modern art from the 1950's, will be completely renovated and turned into a functional space with a reception desk, offering 24-hour service. All common spaces - entrance hall, stairways, corridors, will be stylishly decorated, in the spirit of the complex's multifunctional purpose.
