The company Aviv Arlon from Israel will start the construction of a 32,000-square-meter residential complex in Zvezdara in June 2011. A total of 280 apartments, ranging in size from 30 to 100 square meters, will be built in Zivka Davidovica street.
As Aviv Arlon Marketing Director Danka Gladovic announced for eKapija, a total of 25 million euros will be invested in the complex in Zvezdara.
- With this project Aviv Arlon wants to offer a residential concept that is different from any other concept in the current offer of the capital city of Serbia.
It is a so-called condominium, a complex with a park in its central part. Besides, the complex will also comprise commercial contents such as supermarket, coffee shop, pharmacy, money exchange office, etc.
- said Ms. Galovic.
People at Aviv Arlon cannot specify who will be in charge of the construction because a contract with the contractor should be signed in few days. The lot in Zvezdara spans about one hectare.
This complex is expected to receive its first tenants until the end of 2012.
