Green residential oasis, worth €25 million, in city core - Aviv Arlon from Israel builds housing complex in Zvezdara

The company Aviv Arlon from Israel will start the construction of a 32,000-square-meter residential complex in Zvezdara in June 2011. A total of 280 apartments, ranging in size from 30 to 100 square meters, will be built in Zivka Davidovica street.

As Aviv Arlon Marketing Director Danka Gladovic announced for eKapija, a total of 25 million euros will be invested in the complex in Zvezdara.

- With this project Aviv Arlon wants to offer a residential concept that is different from any other concept in the current offer of the capital city of Serbia. It is a so-called condominium, a complex with a park in its central part. Besides, the complex will also comprise commercial contents such as supermarket, coffee shop, pharmacy, money exchange office, etc. - said Ms. Galovic.

People at Aviv Arlon cannot specify who will be in charge of the construction because a contract with the contractor should be signed in few days. The lot in Zvezdara spans about one hectare.
