The areas around the hall will be developed either through the construction of pedestrian lanes or by connecting with the existing paved surfaces, ensuring the passage of fire vehicles. In front of the facility, in addition to the existing 66 parking spaces within the complex, the plan is to build another 87 spaces, and new parking spaces for three buses for the workers at the facility are planned as well.
The plan is for the ground floor of the facility to consist of an entrance hall with a reception desk for the management and the guests, a staircase to the upper floor, a separate entrance for the workers, two changing rooms (one for women, capacity 300, the other for men, capacity 250), two toilets (for men and women), connected with the changing rooms, each with a shower, a cafeteria without food preparation, for 100-120 people, and the janitor’s room.
The upper floor will feature three offices for the manager, the financial manager and the HR manager, two larger offices (HR staff and finance staff), one open-space office for 16-20 workers, a room for guests, two offices for meetings, two offices for quick team meetings, a tea kitchen, a server room, a storage room and sanitary blocks.
