"Intelligent building" in New Belgrade opens for tenants - Sale of A-class office space starts in Block 40

Real estate consulting company Colliers International and company Meteor reached the agreement in early August on exclusive sale of a business building in Block 40 in New Belgrade.

"The business building in Block 40 is among top-quality business facilities in the country and it comprises over 3,000 square meters of A-class office space and large number of parking places for employees and their clients. The facility has basement, ground floor, and two overground floors, as well as one of the most modern infrastructures", it is explained in the statement by Colliers.

The surface of each floor is about 800 square meters and the space can be adapted to the requests and needs of future owners. The building is situated in an excellent location, in the very center of the business zone in New Belgrade, near Belgrade-Zagreb motorway and all main routes.
