Secretariat for Urban Planning and Construction of the city of Belgrade announced a public presentation of the urban development project for the construction of a housing and office complex near Autokomanda.
Evrotrgovina from Pozarevac is the investor and Bureau Cube Partners from Belgrade designed the project.
As per the project, the seven-story facility with an additional retracted floor, which will also include commercial contents, has been planned on a parcel parallel to Ustanicka Street, within two structural units. on a total area of 31,287.93 m2.

Six shops are to be built on the ground level, 19 office suits on the first floor of one of the structural units, ranging from 41.66 to 110.37 m2, and a total of 189 apartments in both structural units.
Project also includes four undergrounds garage floors, as well as additional parking space with 13 parking spots in front of the facility.
Special attention will be paid to the greenery, therefore the plan includes not only greenery at the ground level, but also on the facade itself, by introducing green elements to the terraces.
The project is on public display until April 23.
