Nebojsa Knezevic, PR of the tour-operator Atos 2018 from Aleksandrovac, is to have a hotel built with a basement and six floors (including a ground floor and a loft). The landscaping and the raising of a fence are planned as well.
It is to be built on parcel 3.339 in Aleksandrovac, and the total net area is 937.10 m2.
The estimated value for the hotel is RSD 85,095,809.96 without the VAT, according to the building permit document issued by the Department for Urban Planning and Construction of the Municipality of Aleksandrovac.
The project was prepared by Arhgroup from Krusevac.
