Building Land of 9,000 m2 up for Sale in Subotica

Lidl has invited bids for the purpose of the sale of undeveloped building land in Subotica of 9,000 m2. The land is located in the zone which is meant for production and agriculture.

– On said land, the right-of-way for the purpose of construction and maintenance of a 20 kV power line for the MBTS-710 Lidl belongs to the operator of the distribution system. This right is registered at the Real Estate Cadaster Office. Except for this right, said land does not feature any other rights of third parties – the ad says.

Interested bidders may send a request for documentation to Lidl at portfolio@lidl.rs by November 30, 2020.

Within five days of the reception of a request, Lidl will send a) the documentation about said real estate, b) the bid form and c) the draft agreement on the sale to each interested bidder. The documentation consists of all the documents that is at Lidl's disposal and interested bidders are informed that Lidl will not send any additional documentation.

Each bidder, regardless of the acquired documentation, has the right to carry out an independent analysis of the real estate by viewing the publicly available data and documents.

The draft agreement on the sales, which will be signed if the bid is accepted, is an integral part of said documentation.
