4m EUR for 11 water attractions in Subotica - aqua park Mulberry Forest presented to municipal authorities

The consortium of companies interested in construction of modern aqua park Dudova Šuma (Mulberry Forest) presented on Friday (February 19th, 2010) its project to Subotica's Mayor Saša Vučinić who supported that initiative and expressed hope that the most acceptable method of finance for this aqua park would be found.

The project participants are leading Austrian water sports equipment manufacturers Veplas and Aquarena, while the owner of the land where the park will be built is Palville Invest Ltd. from Subotica. The preliminary solution was designed by Subotica's North Engineering Ltd., while the consulting agency is Aqua Park from Subotica.

The equipment manufacturers plan to build state-of-the-arts and top-quality water attractions within the park, including Aqua Loop toboggan, Half pipe, Super Bowl, Freefall toboggan, etc. The value of the offer for total of 11 water attractions is 4,080,000 EUR.
