The City of Belgrade has put a part of the Belgrade Palace (“Beogradjanka”) up for sale through the method of public bidding. The initial price of the real estate is EUR 20.6 million.
As said, more than 19,000 square meters of office space in this building is up for sale.
The city obliges the future buyer to carry out construction and finishing works on the adaptation and reconstruction of the facility worth no less than EUR 8 million.
Applications may be sent by July 29, and the public bidding is scheduled for July 31.
