"Univerexport" opened new retail facility in Novi Sad - 3m EUR worth of investments in 2010

- Market chain "Univerexport" in Novi Sad invested 3.5m EUR in 2009 in opening seven new retail facilities - Olivera Ćirković, the company's spokesperson, said today (December 17, 2009).

Ćirković said to the press at the opening of new retail facility in Novi Sad that the company's new distribution center was opened in Novi Sad in 2009, as well as that about 200 people had got jobs in it.

- Our incomes at the end of the year will amount to about 10 billion RSD, while the whole business system registered about 14 billion RSD worth of incomes in 2009 - said she.

The spokesperson of "Univerexport" said that the company would invest about 3m EUR in expansion of the retail network in local market in 2010 and that 120 people should be employed in the first quarter of year 2010.

Newly opened "Univerexport" supermarket at the corner of Cara Dušana Street and Laze Nančića Street in Novi Sad is the company's 29th retail facility in Vojvodina and 14th facility in Novi Sad.
