State selling real estate throughout Serbia – Most expensive property, located in Dedinje, costs EUR 4.4 million

The Property Directorate of the Republic of Serbia has put state-owned real estate in 18 towns and municipalities throughout Serbia up for sale, the most expensive of which is a piece of property in the Belgrade municipality of Savski Venac, whose initial price is EUR 4.4 million.

This property, located in Maglajska Street in Dedinje, consists of a residential part of 625 square meters and auxiliary facilities, all of which are located on a plot of more than 0.33 hectares.

A property in Mihaila Mike Jankovica Street, in the territory of Savski Venac, has been offered at the initial price of EUR 3.1 million, whereas another piece of real estate in Maglajska Street in the same municipality is offered for EUR 1.4 million.

In addition to Belgrade, the state-owned property that has been put up for sale is located in Smederevska Palanka, Nis, Leskovac, Lebane, Kikinda, Apatin, Loznica, Paracin, Pirot, Negotin, Razanj, Pozarevac, Gornji Milanovac, Zrenjanin, Sokobanja and Presevo.

In addition to residential and office spaces, the offer includes auxiliary buildings and land and the lowest initial price is EUR 5,800 for the land in the municipality of Razanj.

Written bids may be sent to the Property Directorate by November 12, and the public opening is scheduled for November 14.
