Construction of "Bulevar Centar" in Novi Sad finished - investment worth 42m EUR

- Novi Sad-based building company "Aleksandar gradnja" has finished construction of "Bulevar Centar" in Novi Sad, in which 42m EUR are invested - said Vojislav Gajić, the company's owner.

Gajić said at the press conference that, in spite of the global economic crisis, which had especially hit the building sector, construction of "Bulevar Centar" had been finished on time and that all the obligations towards collaborators had been fulfilled.

- Together with the contractor, company "Budućnost", we have showed what can be done if discipline, efficiency and professionalism are applied - said Gajić.

According to his words, "Bulevar centar", of which surface is 71,000 square meters, is situated at the corner of Oslobođenja Boulevard and Novosadski Sajam Street, in the parcel that "Aleksandar gradnja" has bought from Hypo Alpe-Adria Bank.

"Bulevar Centar" comprises office space at 20,000 square meters, 410 apartments and 400 garages.

Residential section of the facility includes several luxurious apartments with separate direct entrance by means of an elevator. The offer also encompasses duplex apartments and so-called "penthouse" flats with the view of the city, which are situated in the attic. Maximum surface of these apartments is 315 square meters.

"Bulevar Centar" also comprises a swimming pool and a cafe bar on the top of the tower, while the attic space is reserved for spa and fitness centers, as well as for a restaurant with the view of Novi Sad.
