The Vranje-based company Simpo ad has put Hotel Przar up for sale again. The sales procedure is to be carried out through a public collection of bids.
As said, the hotel facility takes up 1,252 m2, whereas the apartment facility spreads on 390 m2. The property up for sale consists of three hospitality facilities, a stadium and movable property (inventory, equipment and furniture).
The property is sold as seen, without the right of subsequent complaint. The initial price is EUR 3.05 million. Along with the payment of the sales and purchase price, the purchaser has the obligation to invest at least EUR 1 million, take over all the employees and sign permanent job contracts with them and oblige to continue carrying out the same activities in the period of 10 years from the sales and purchase date.
The main criterion for the selection of the best bidder is the price offered, and other requirements must be met as well.
The property is sold exclusively as a single lot. The bid submission deadline is 15 days from the date of the publication of the public call. The bids will be opened on October 9, at noon, at the premises of Simpo in Vranje.
Let us remind that the previous attempt at a sale was pronounced unsuccessful as no bids had been sent.
