The City of Belgrade has put parts of real estate publicly owned by the city up for sale through the method of public bidding.
As said in the tender, the subject of the sale are 3/4 aliquot parts of the apartments at 62 Cara Nikolaja Drugog Street and 39-41 Vukice Mitrovic Street. The total initial price is EUR 162,983. Also up for sale are 6/18 aliquot parts of the business premises and 6/18 aliquot parts of the apartments nos. 5 and 7 at 50 Cara Nikolaja Drugog Street. Their initial price is EUR 108,570. Also up for sale are 3/24 aliquot parts of the business premises 1/BB and 2/BB at 355 Kralja Aleksandra Blvd, whose initial price is EUR 7,662.50.
Eligible tenderers are all legal and natural persons that meet the requirements. The said real estate is sold as seen, without the possibility of subsequent complaint.
The application deadline is September 18, 2019, whereas the public bidding is scheduled for September 20, at 10 am.
