Promenada to be built within deadline – New brands arriving to Novi Sad shopping mall

The works on the construction of the Promenada shopping mall in Novi Sad, on the corner of Oslobodjenja Blvd and Cara Lazara Blvd, are going according to plan. The tiling and the works on the walls and the ceilings are 90% complete, and the plaza in front of the facility is being developed in line with the plans.

The shopping mall is expected to open within the deadline, as announced recently by NEPI, the investor in the project.

Promenada Novi Sad will feature outlets with the brands of the Inditex Group – Zara, Massimo Dutti, Zara Home, Oysho, Pull and Bear and Bershka, the brands of the LPP Group – Sinsay and Reserved, as well as Mohito, which will be available in the Serbian market for the first time.

The shopping mall will also feature LC Waikiki, as well as Fashion Company and Sportina with their brands, sports brands Sport Vision and N Sport, as well as stores for the youngest customers, such as Dexy Co Kids and Pertini. The offer will also include a Univerexport supermarket and a Cineplexx movie theater, as well as numerous cafes and restaurants such as Loft, Walter, Brunch, Modena and many others, it has been announced.

– We know how eagerly the citizens of Novi Sad expect the opening of Promenada and we want to provide them with a unique experience. Also, it is important to point out that this event will create over 1,500 new jobs, which is of great importance for the city – stated Boris Stevovic, the manager of Promenada.

With a total area of 150,000 square meters, of which 48,000 m2 is takes up by retail space, Promenada will be the biggest retail facility in Serbia, they point out. In addition to an excellent mix of renters, they announces, the shopping mall will provide a rich program of events, concerts and other activities.
