The cult Belgrade restaurant Manjez located in the city center was advertised for sale.

The current owner Expobank advertised the sale on the basis of foreclosure. The bank put up several properties up for sale. As for Manjez, the bank stated that 185 m2 of space was up for sale on the ground floor of the building located in Svetozara Markovica Street 49.
Let us remind that this restaurant was first opened back in 1922 when it was named Kod tetka Jele. After the park was built in the vicinity of the restaurant, it changed its name to Manjez. Manjez went into trouble in 2013 due to poor business performance and had to be closed.

Beside the Manjez restaurant the bank also put up for sale the residential-business complex in Kralja Petra street in Belgrade, office building in Lazarevac, commercial property in Kraljevo and a plant facility in Nova Varos.

The deadline for submitting written bids for purchase of these properties is September 14 by 4 p.m.
