Big CEE Serbia is expanding

Big Shopping Centers have become the new owner of Aviv Park Pancevo. Big centers have entered today 6/9/2018 into an agreement to acquire 100% of the ownership of retail park Aviv Park Pancevo. Following this acquisition, Big Centers have remained in the position of one of the largest retailer groups in Serbia.

Aviv Park Pancevo is a very successful shopping and entertainment center built by one of the leading Israeli real estate companies, Aviv Arlon.

The center is located in the heart of the city Pancevo, near the capital city of Belgrade, and it includes 28,000 sqm, with the land area of approximately 7,4 hectares. The center is anchored by leading hypermarket chain DIS and includes a cinema complex, the first of its kind in Pancevo. In addition, the Center provides a variety of international brands and local leaders in the fields of fashion, cosmetics, sports, electronics, home decor, catering, entertainment and more, including C & A, Takko, H&M, New-Yorker, DM, Deichmann, McDonald’s, and others.
