City selling parcel for office-commercial facility in Autokomanda – Initial price around RSD 217 million

The Belgrade Land Development Public Facility is selling building land within the complex of the office-commercial center Autokomanda 2, at the building parcel between the Stefana Prvovencanog Blvd, Tabanovacka Street and Trise Kaclerovica Street, in the municipality of Vozdovac.

The surface of the advertised parcel, meant for the construction of an office-commercial facility, amounts to 2,564 square meters. The future facility may have six floors, including the ground floor and the loft, and the maximum height of the facility, not including the retracted top floor, is 20 meters, whereas the total height may amount to 22 meters. The gross building are on the parcel is 7,692 square meters.

The initial price of the parcel is around RSD 217 million, and interested purchasers may apply until June 21, 2018.

The public bidding will be held on June 22, 2018, at the Belgrade Land Development Public Agency, at 12 o'clock.
