"Genex" property in Kopaonik sold to "MK Group" for 23 million euros

Contract of sale of "International CG" company's property in Kopaonik for 23 million euros, was signed with "MK Group" from Belgrade, as it was announced by the Agency for privatization.

"Grand" hotel and "Suncani vrhovi" hotel were offered, as well as 102 apartments and "Zvrk" restaurant.

Besides paying the selling price, the buyer is obliged to maintain existing activities of the hotels and apartments for at least next 10 years, to keep the quality level of 4 stars in Grand hotel, within 2 years from the day the transaction takes place, while for "Suncani vrhovi" apartments the obligation is to reach the quality level of 4 stars in the next 3 years.

Obligation of the buyer is also maintenance of existing purpose of apartments, used by the employees.

"MK Group", who applied on the tender with Austrian "Falkensteiner Michaeler Tourism Group", accepted a minimum social program, and 253 employees of "Internacional CG".
