This year, Lustica Bay is looking at the opening of a marina with 176 docks, the first hotel in the complex and the marina settlements, as well as a new endeavor – the beginning of the construction of a new settlement.

As the company announced, the new settlement, Lustica Bay Centrale, is planned as the administrative, commercial and town core of the entire Lustica Bay project.

The marine Lustica Bay with 176 docks for boats of six to 35 meters in length is designed to be the central point in the marine, in the style of traditional Montenegrin coastal settlements, they add.

This nautical tourism facility and an international port, as they said, will offer options for a short-term and long-term renting of the docks.

– The offer will also include a sports club, 24-hour support by a multilingual team, repair and maintenance services, a yacht club and crew rooms, 24-hour security and video supervision, a Wi-Fi access and the necessary water and power supply infrastructure – Lustica Development says.

On around seven million square meters on the Tivat section of the Lustica peninsula, the company is developing the Lustica Bay project as a residential tourist destination with two marinas, seven hotels, a varied offer of real estate, a professional golf field, a town core and other features integral to a town's life.
