Mayor of Nis Darko Bulatovic stated on Saturday, April 14, 2018, that the city was offering 65 hectares of land to investors.
– Investors are offered 25 hectares of land with public utilities in the work zone Lozni Kalem, 20 hectares in the work zone Vinogradarski Institut and another 20 hectares in the work zone in Medjurovo – Bulatovic stated.
He reminded that, in the past six months and more, the state and the city have invested RSD 230 million in order to
equip the work zone Lozni Kalem with public utilities.
– We have provided electricity, water and gas, and the water and sewer network has been built. The works on seven traffic routes in the length of three kilometers are close to completion – Bulatovic said.
According to Bulatovic, 25 hectares of land on Lozni Kalem is meant for the construction of new hotels, spa and wellness centers and all other features that could help the development of tourism in Niska Banja.
He said that a public call for the construction of an aquapark in the location would be placed soon and that the construction depended on whether there are interested investors.
