In the very center of Zlatibor, on the outskirts of the King's Square, with a view to the lake and the Obudovica ski grounds, the new tourist complex Zlatiborski Biser is to be raised by the Novi Sad-based company
Galens Invest. As eKapija learns, the new tourist asset on this Serbian mountain will take up 40,000 m2.
The construction of Zlatiborski Biser started in late 2017, and it is currently in the stage of the construction of reinforced concrete structures on underground tiers.
– The completion of the construction is planned for the final days of 2020 due to the special features of the construction area and the all-year tourist season – Galens Invest told our portal.
The new tourist complex on Zlatibor will feature a 5-star hotel and an apartment section.
The hotel will have 180 rooms, a congress center with over 300 seats, a children's playroom, restaurants, a spa and wellness center, a cafe bar and a central hall of around 1,000 square meters. The apartment hotel is meant to have 150 accommodation units.
As Galens Invest announces, all accommodation units will feature equipment in a modern, minimalist style.
– The wellness and fitness center within Zlatiborski Biser will feature four pools, one of which will be a swimming pool of 8x25m, a spacious beach with 220 mattresses, a gym and numerous other side features on over 3,000 m2, which will certainly make it the biggest spa center of its kind in the country – the company points out.
