Parcel of 64 ares at Autokomanda up for sale – Initial price RSD 672.4 million

The Belgrade Land Development Public Agency has placed a new public call for the sale of building land in public ownership of the City of Belgrade at Autokomanda.

The parcel has 6,421 m2 and failed to find a purchaser at the previous attempt at a sale, held in late December 2017.

As stated in the ad, the parcel is meant for the construction of office-commercial facilities (business, trade, hotels). They main corpus of buildings can have up to 5 floors (including the ground floor), that is, 22 m, whereas a business tower can have up to 22 floors (including the ground floor), that is, 75 m.

The initial price has been reduced compared to the previous attempt by 20%, amounting to around RSD 672.4 million.

Applications, along with a deposit payment of around RSD 67.2 million (10% of the initial price), can be made by April 16, and the public bidding will be held the next day at the Belgrade Land Development Public Agency, at 12 o’clock.
