Second tender announced for sale of hotel "Investbanka" on Kopaonik mountain - public opening of bids on November 14

The Deposit Insurance Agency of Serbia has announced the second tender for sale of hotel "Investbanka" on Kopaonik mountain at the starting price of 6m EUR. Public opening of bids will be organized in the premises of the Deposit Insurance Agency in Belgrade on November 14th.

This four-star hotel in Staro Rudište is a part of the property of Investbanka in bankruptcy. Its surface is 2,239 square meters and it will be sold together with all the inventory and the right on use of 1,800 square meters of land.

The condition for participation in the tender is the paid deposit of 603,401 EUR and the bid submitted prior to November 7.

Starting price for hotel "Investbanka" on the first unsuccessful tender, which was closed on September 26, 2008, was 594m RSD, that is, about 7.7m EUR.
