The estimated value of Hotel Slavija Lux has been changed again. According to the latest valuation by a team of court experts, the 7,000-m2 building in downtown Belgrade is worth EUR 9.4 million, Danas reports.
The civil enforcement officer Marko Vukicevic has thereby changed his position on the value of this piece of real estate for the third time. He first evaluated the hotel at EUR 4 million, then
revised it up to EUR 5.9 million and now to EUR 9.4 million, Danas reports.
This means that, if he goes through with his intention to have the auction held on January 16, 2018, the initial price will be EUR 6.53 million, i.e. 70% of the value, or EUR 940 per square meter.
