The City of Novi Sad has recently included in its sales catalog a location of 23 hectares in the North Industrial Zone. The plot of land is located between the Evrope Blvd and the Profesora Grcica St, and it is approachable from the south from the Josifa Pancica and Mileve Simic Streets.

This is one of the last big parcels owned by the city.

The land on this 23-ha parcel is currently undeveloped and separates the existing industrial facilities from the family houses in Klisa.

The starting price is not yet know, the 021.rs portal writes and says that the potential purchaser may build an industrial complex or a similar production facility on it.

The parcel allows for buildings of up to two floors, whereas the surface of all levels combined may amount to 345,000 square meters, equivalent to the size of three Spens centers. Another point of comparison is the latest industrial facility built there, the Lear factory, which is ten times smaller than the potential future facility.

Due to its size and the proximity of the Evrope Blvd, which links it directly to the highway, as well as the Danube-Tisa-Danube canal, this area is very suitable for any kind of production.

Novi Sad has not offered this parcel before.
