New sale of Rad International building in downtown Belgrade – Starting price at around EUR 2.8 million

The bankruptcy trustee of the Belgrade-based construction company Rad International has put the office building at 31 Kosovska Street up for sale again. The starting price of this piece of real estate is identical to that from the ad placed this March – RSD 342,046,535 (around EUR 2.8 million).

The facility consists of nine floors of total registered area of 3,304 m2 (net area of 3,569 m2). The offer includes the accompanying office furniture, equipment and small inventory.

The deposit may be paid by October 5, 2017. The public bidding will be held on October 12, 2017, at 11 a.m, at the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency in Belgrade.

Those in charge have been trying to sell the building, which is located close to the National Assembly of Serbia, since 2009, when its starting price was around EUR 5,82 million.
