Agreement about construction of aqua park in Banja Junakovic - 8 millions EUR value of investment

President of Apatin Municipality, Zivorad Smiljanic and Director of Novi Sad based "Buducnost", Dragan Brailo, have signed on July, 29th, agreement about construction of aqua park in Banja Junakovic, near Apatin. The value of investment is 8 millions EUR, and half of the means will be provided by Apatin brewery, while the rest will be financed from the fund of National investment plan and from the Fund for capital investments of Vojvodina.

Smiljanic stated that there would be 6.000 sqm of closed space constructed, with 8 pools, of 550 persons capacity. Aqua park will also have various contents from 'wellness program', which will be the first in this kind of resort in Serbia.

The concept of the center was designed by "Zalaart" studio from Hungary, and the project planning was done by architectural bureau "DBA" from Novi Sad, in cooperation with large number of specialized architectural companies from the country and from abroad.

By application of modern technologies in project planning and designing, they created an object with all characteristics of a 'smart house'. Besides several pools with various temperatures of thermal waters, by which Banja Junakovic is famous for, the object alos has various contents like thermal spa block with several saunas, cold pools, services of medical treatments, massage saloons and tanning saloons.

The complete technological system of the object is very complexed and it is centered and controlled through BMS (Building Management System).

"Buducnost" from Novi Sad will finish the object in 365 days along with their trustfull and numerous cooperative teams, and it will be given to the investor.
