Another location for hotels in Vrnjacka Banja

Vrnjacka Banja expects new investors and new hotels.

The local self-government has advertised the sale of the parcel and the building in the Zike Valjarevica Street, in the H1 hotel zone, through a public auction.

The location is meant for the construction of hotels, which are supposed to adhere to international classification, standardization and control norms, in order for the tourism offer to be clear and reliable. Furthermore, the said zone allows for the provision of services compatible with the hotel offer, such as commercial outlets, restaurants, cafes, cultural, entertainment, recreation facilities...

The property consists of five publicly owned facilities – a 1,579-m2 utility service facility, two office buildings not designated for a particular activity of 108 m2 and 193 m2, a 76-m2 warehouse and an auxiliary building of 163 m2, as well as a third-class plot of arable land of 0.6545 hectares and a cadaster parcel of 0.8664 hectares, on which the facilities are located.

The starting price for the advertised facilities is RSD 1,000 per square meter, whereas the price of a square meter of land is RSD 4,000.

The tender for the sale of the property was opened on July 25, 2017, and the deadline for the submission of applications for taking part in the auction is 30 days from the date of the advertisement. The public auction will be held on the fifth day from the expiration of the application date, at the premises of the Municipality of Vrnjacka Banja.
