The Belgrade Land Development Public Agency has advertised public bidding for the expropriation of building land owned by the City.
The land in question is located next to the Liberation Wharf in the City Municipality of Zemun, has 600 square meters and is planned for the construction of sports complexes.
As said, the sports complex may contain open courts and indoor facilities, and, aside from mandatory sports features, the construction of hotels, commercial and hospitality facilities, as well as public services, which must be in line with the sports orientation of the complex, is allowed.
The starting price of the land is around RSD 13 million.
Applications are submitted to the address of the Agency by July 10, 2017, at 3:30 pm, whereas the public bidding is to take place a day later, at 12 o'clock.
