The Port of Belgrade has put the company's property, as well as the property of the first and second grade of related parties, up for sale through public collection of bids in line with the stipulations of the adopted Pre-Packaged Reorganization Plan.
The offer includes the land of the business entity
Drum Creek, with 212,849 m2 of area in Bubanj Potok, at the starting price of EUR 5,686,853, and interested purchasers may submit bids for the purchase of the entire property or individual parcels.
The sale also includes the office building of the business entity
Luka Petrol, at the starting price of EUR 4,052,800.
Five facilities of the business entity
Nova Luka, located in the municipality of Palilula, as well as 46 facilities of the Port of Belgrade, in the municipalities of Palilula and Stari Grad are also subject to the auction. These are warehouses, office facilities, buildings without a designated purpose...
The bids are submitted to the clerk's office of the Port of Belgrade by June 21, 2017, at 3 pm, and the opening will take place on the same date, at the company's premises, at 3:30 pm.
