City of Belgrade to lease commercial space for 10 years – Public bidding on May 15

The Secretariat for Property and Legal Affairs of Belgrade announced on Saturday, April 15, 2017, that the public bidding for the lease of 317 commercial facilities will be organized on May 15, the City of Belgrade website reports.

The price of a square meter includes VAT, and the lease contract is signed for a period of ten years, the Secretariat announces.

Persons, founders, members or representatives of associations with unsettled liabilities registered at the Secretariat on the date of application are prohibited from taking part in the procedure.

Only those individuals and entrepreneurs who file the necessary paperwork by May 10, 2017, may take part in the bidding.

The public bidding is to be held on May 15, at 10 am, at the City Administration.

The rent for outlets and warehouses in the extra zone which are nevertheless leased as seen will be increased by 50%, except for those outlets meant for arts and crafts, as well as for outlets and warehouses located in shopping arcades.
