The company Aleksandar Group has presented yet another project, a new residential-office building in Novi Sad.

The Kirilova II facility is located on the border of Novi Sad’s neighborhoods Liman IV and Grbavica (corner of Cara Lazara Blvd and Kirilova Street). The investors say that the completion has been planned for late November 2017, and Kirilova II has already been put up for sale.

– The facility is divided into two units, Unit A, with 58 apartments, 7 outlets and two garages, and Unit B, with 51 apartments, 3 outlets and 4 garages. There are two underground levels with 51 garage spaces in total, and the building has been designed to make for a comfortable life for our renters.

– The look, the way of construction and the high quality equipment make the new facility another important construction endeavor, which will enhance the look of Novi Sad, just like all the others we’ve built – the investors say.

Aleksandar Group announces new projects in Novi Sad as well.

– In late 2017, we expect the beginning of the construction of a new gross area of 16,000 m2, more than 150 apartments, business premises, garage and parking spaces. The location is in close proximity to the facility currently being built, on the corner of Cara Lazara Blvd and Kirilova Street.
