Terazije Terrace project actualized – Preparation of technical documentation to follow soon

The Belgrade Land Development Agency has published the announcement on the negotiation procedure without opening an invitation for consulting services in the preparation of technical documentation for the construction of the future Terazije Terrace.

The invitation has been sent only to ARCVS from Belgrade, and the tender expires on July 13, 2016.

ARCVS is the author of the first-prize conceptual design for the Terazije Terrace.

According to the project, the Terrace has been envisioned as the new city square, the place where people will be able to socialize and attend various events and manifestations.

The stairs, a hundred meters long and 40 meters wide, will be covered in granite, and water will flow down the middle section. The square and the stairs will take up a third of the current park, and the other two thirds will be covered with grass and trees, clearings where people will be able to rest.
