As people at Energoprojekt told eKapija, the 168-meter tower will occupy an above ground surface area of 47,000 square meters and have a total of 42 floors. The facility will be multifunctional, featuring a hotel of the highest category, residential units, and a belvedere with a restaurant. The hotel will account for 45% of the total surface area, whereas the rest will be occupied by 222 modern housing units.
The luxury hotel St. Regis will have nine floors and various ancillary facilities. Residential section of the tower will stretch across 26 floors, and buyers will be able to choose between apartments with two, three of four bedrooms. There will also be a parking lot on two levels under the ground, which will be placed at the disposal of hotel guests as well as flat owners.
Let us remind that the construction of BW Residences commenced 27 September 2015. The main contractor is Energoprojekt which is to build a facility comprising two towers with a total surface area of 67,500 square meters on the designated building site.
