Belgrade Waterfront already gets clear contours so the works could be completed on schedule, and Energoprojekt is chosen to be the main contractor for BW Residences, the first residential facility within the new urban complex, people at the Belgrade Waterfront company announced in a release which also reads that the staff and machines of Energoprojekt were already on the building site of the complex comprising two towers with a total surface area of 67,500 square meters.

We are committed to finishing the facilities on schedule, which was also underlined in the agreement with Energoprojekt. Eagle Hills relies on their expertise in project management when it comes to the development of urban city cores in line with high standards, as well as on the work with experienced contractors and consultants - said Nikola Nedeljkovic, the general manager of Belgrade Waterfront.
Energoprojekt will have up to 350 workers of its own and the same number of subcontractors' employees working on the building site.
- We want to contribute to the improvement of living and working conditions in our capital city and become a reliable partner in the development of Belgrade Waterfront. Energoprojekt intends to use its own engineering and production capacity in project implementation, but we will also hire local subcontractors and suppliers from Serbia and abroad - said Vladimir Milovanovic, the CEO of Energoprojekt.
Construction of BW Residences, a complex comprised of two towers, commenced 27 September 2015.
